I provide a zen inspired, spa environment where you can escape to for total relaxation & rejuvenation.

My sessions are individually based sessions just for your specific needs.

I understand the therapeutic needs of the body through Bodywork as a Holistic Health Coach & as a Meditation Teacher I understand the importance to treat the Body as a whole for Optimal, True Healing & to see every aspect of your Body, Mind & Soul as a powerful tool for Healing.

As for Bodywork I may incorporate a broad array of styles, to optimize the benefits of your session. Because I work intuitively, your massage may be slow & very relaxing or at times it may be a little faster & deeper, therefore more invigorating & enlivening to the body. You will leave deeply relaxed and renewed.

If you are ready to further & better your Health I also offer tailored Health & Wellness Coaching.

You also will have the opportunity to experience & deepen the effects of your session with the Biomat. The core of the BioMat technology is a combination of far infrared rays, negative ion effects & the conductive properties of amethyst channels. The BioMat delivers soothing, deep-penetrating heat while stimulating the regeneration of damaged cells in your body.

I use only organic, pure grade oil, lotions & essential oils in all of my treatments.

I am a California Licensed & Certified Massage Therapist.

I am carefully selective of all new clients & have some commonsense screening requirements of which all prospective clients must go through, without exceptions.

I do not do Hotel Calls.

I have a Male Peer of whom we offer Couples Massage also.
