Description: Hello one and all,
My name is Chris and I would like to thank you for taking the time to get to know me. I have been a massage therapist for several years. I have studied and taken various courses and certifications which have led me to mastering the many arts and styles of massage. Health is my primary focus and the modality of my life. I dedicate my time to eating well and taking care of my body. In addition to giving amazing massages, I can also teach you the basics of eating properly and why certain foods are better for you than others. I have taken several nutritional courses and have learned a significant amount about how what we consume affects how we look and feel. I can teach you techniques to help reduce your overall stress levels and teach you what foods you can consume to help reduce that often unwanted stress hormone cortisol in the body naturally. Your body is your biggest responsibility and it is the only one you have, you simply must take care of it properly.
I will always travel to you with my massage table and I feel that my rates are reasonable considering the quality level of the massage I give. I am very personable, very caring and understanding and I've been told I'm quite the joy to be around. I cater to all shapes, sizes and age groups.
