DEEP TISSUE
Various layers of fascia that support muscle tissue are affected with direct pressure and stretches. Muscle tension is released allowing oxygen, blood and nutrients to reach each cell.

A classic relaxing Swedish massage that reduces stress while increasing circulation and loosening tight, tired muscles.
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. This essential •time element• has to do with the viscous flow and the piezoelectric phenomenon: a low load (gentle pressure) applied slowly will allow a viscoelastic medium (fascia) to elongate.
HOT STONE THERAPY
Hot stone massage is a variation on classic massage therapy. Heated smooth, flat stones are placed on key points on the body. The massage therapist may also hold the stones and use them to massage certain areas of the body.
AROMATHERAPY
Aromatherapy is the practice of using the natural oils extracted from flowers, bark, stems, leaves, roots or other parts of a plant to enhance psychological and physical well-being.
