I specialize in abuse, addiction and family and relationship issues. I also work with people for weight loss and self- esteem, and self-confidence issues. N.L.P and EFT can help you to achieve the goals and eliminate the negative self talk that holds you back. Weight issues are seldom just a food issue. The underline factors that cause the over eating, emotional eating and food addictions maybe from stress. I have seen abuse be a contributing factor to not only food addictions but also other addictions as well. When you work with me, I will address the entire person. Only in this way can we truly be successful and have long lasting effects with little stress. I teach my client how to use EFT on a daily basis to help themselves. Because let's face it after the initial issue it over come, life still happens. Let life happen on your terms for a change.
