Description: My name is Lee and I have been a massage therapist since 2019, when I graduated from East/West college of the healing arts, here in Oregon.
I offer Lomi-Lomi massage, a Hawaiian massage modality that kneads and sooths the body of its general aches and pains. Using a constant flow of movement with long rhythmic strokes, movements become a hypnotic dance to truly relax the mind, body and spirit. Using head to toe strokes, a feeling of full body connectivity is created rather than that of feeling like separate bodily pieces. I also offer Deep Tissue massage, in which techniques help to address specific areas of tension and pain commonly caused by postural deviations, repetitive stress or injury.
Using various techniques to target deeper layers of muscle and surrounding tissue, releasing fascia and breaking up scar tissue, to increase mobility and allowing a greater feeling of freedom within the body.
Along side bodywork, I offer Reiki, a gentle and subtle energy healing, that sends a client into deep relaxation, aiding in unblocking stagnation on an energetic level that can manifest in numerous ways.
