Description: I have been certified for Bowen Therapy since March 2008. After receiving my first Bowen treatment in 2007, I felt so rejuvenated, I decided I wanted to bring this modality to the masses.

Bowen Therapy is a non-invasive therapeutic modality which employs cross-fiber muscle movements throughout the body, i.e. the strumming of the muscles. When these "moves" are placed in a precise manner across muscle and connective tissue, they create a deep sense of relaxation, relieving pain and stress. Bowen Therapy impacts all of the body systems. Clients describe experiences of profound relaxation after a session.
Swedish/Trigger Point/Deep Tissue
I am flexible with my massages. Every client has different needs. If you have 2 or more problem areas, a full body massage may not be what you need. Some clients do neck and back for an hour, because that's what they need. I once worked on one of the Sacramento Kings for an hour on just legs and feet. I can adjust my pressure, flow and/or style for you.
