Description: I use a combination of styles: Sports Massage, Shiatsu, Reiki, Swedish and Trigger Point therapy to work on any problem areas like your shoulders, lats, and back & areas that you might specifically request like your lower back, glutes or hamstrings.
This is a real massage therapy session like one you might have at your gym or chiropractor's office. But it's in a studio setting so it's more low key and laid-back.
Ultimately, my goal is to help you relax and feel more connected to your Body, Mind and Spirit.
The session is completely professional so draping is always available.
The sessions are often intense and personal but it's totally legit. I'm not uptight but I'm not going to come onto you either.
