Life is so busy...A thorough bodywork session that will address the main areas of the body that hold tension such as: Neck, shoulders, lower back, glutes, quads, and hamstrings.
R&R(RELAX and RECHARGE)-60 minutes
Take a deep breath....A no rush session. Full body pampering. YOUR areas of tension will addressed through various techniques. You will leave feeling deeply relaxed yet energized.
