My Other Website:

Description: Step into the healing space of massage and open to your body's innate clarity. You can facilitate relaxation while flushing toxins, stretching muscles and ligaments, and helping your body reach an optimal level of vitality and ease. Most of us live unrealistic lives of stress and pressure and we expect our bodies to perform under intense duress. Giving back to our bodies allows us to play more and participate in life more fully.

I offer a few types of sessions and can integrate styles as well. I am licensed and have been practicing massage since 1998. I practice the following:

Swedish: involves alot of long strokes and gliding movements to relax the body and bring you to theta state where your body can rejuvinate and heal on a core level. Great for people who need to learn how to relax.
Structural Integration: This work involves melting the connective tissue that srrounds our bones, muscles and organs to help our bodies return to the natural state of alignment that it desires. This work has the power to change structural patterns and bring greater mobility, awareness and integration on physical, mental, and emotional levels. This work can be isolated into individual sessions (connective tissue therapy) or experienced within a 10 session commitment which opens and shifts the entire body.
Shiatsu: Ancient Chinese art which follows the approach of opening the meridians or energy centers to help move the vital life force through the body. Uses both pressure point touch as well as sweeping and rocking motion while helping loosen up the musculature.
Thai: Similar to Shiatsu using pressre upon the energy centers. Very yogic and dynamic with phenominal stretching that makes you feel like you have just gone to the gym and had a light workout. (this is my personal favorite!)

All of these forms have deeper levels of healing to them and I can share more if you have further questions. Invest in your health today!
