My Other Website:

Description: Treat yourself to a relaxing, rejuvenating massage and feel the difference it makes.

The benefits of receiving massage are far-reaching. Massage treatments can improve health by acting directly on the muscular, nervous, circulatory and lymphatic (immune) systems.

Massage treatments aim to:
* Ease or forestall physical dysfunction and pain.

* Relax and soothe tense muscles.

* Improve circulatory and immune system function.

* Reduce stress and create an overall feeling of well-being.

At Adar Massage, you can enjoy the benefits of a method that combines four different massage modalities: Swedish, Lomi Lomi (lymphatic drainage), Reflexology and Shiatsu. More information about these techniques is available on the modalities page of

My Approach

I've loved giving massage since I was a kid, and I vividly recall the day that I found out that if I wanted, I could make it my living; it was as though someone had told me that I could have a job that paid me to go to the playground every day! My job is a privilege and a pleasure.

I believe that in any of the healing arts, including massage, the client and the practitioner are partners in the healing process. Communication, both verbal and non-verbal, is key for promoting an understanding of what your body requires.

Before the massage begins, we discuss your individual needs and establish where you want to focus your attention. My understanding of those needs develops as I focus my awareness and intuition on the feedback that I get from you (verbal and non-verbal) as the massage proceeds.
