Description: Hello, I'm a certified massage therapist (#44431) and have been doing body work as a holistic health practitioner for over 20 years. Patients/clients come to see me to help minimize their aches and pains. I can help relax, repair and retrain your muscles to help with increased mobility range of motion. Each session is tailored to what your specific goals are based on how you are feeling and/or what you wish to accomplish. I'll use a combination of massage techniques and stretching.
