My private studio is residential, sitting at the edge of a golf course amongst serenity of nearby rolling greens. Session begins with a hot shower to warm the muscles at first relaxation. Afterwards, a simple assessment of your physical plane and possible health restrictions is taken to ensure the highest benefit is given in your stress-free session. A number of bodywork adaptations can be applied once session gets underway as each therapy is designed around the needs of the individual client.
