Description: Helping individuals feel revitalized and rejuvenated through my bodywork is my main goal for each personalized session. My techniques range from Deep Tissue based on Rolfing to lymphatic. I've trained at the Esalen Institute and attended Alive and Well school of Conscious Bodywork in Marin county. With my background in Kinesiology and working in the the Physical Therapy field, I can assist and guide to health as well as help with Sports Therapy.
