Whether you suffer from chronic stress and pain, injuries or under emotional strain, my approach to your care is to address how you feel as whole person and welcome you in to an open and honest space where you feel comfortable tuning into your body. The One on One sessions are designed to assess as fully as possible your overall state of being and design a customized treatment plan just for you.

I have over 30 years of experience doing massage, stretching, manual therapy and bodywork specializing in functional movement disorders and chronic pain. I have a vast background of understanding the body, how it moves and how it responds to the human touch.
