I believe the physical body contains a very natural and powerful energy source. When this energy source flows unobstructed, both body and mind remain in balance providing the most nourishing environment for health and well-being. Massage combined with the essential elements found in nature can help keep the body’s energy flowing at its most instinctive, creative level for self healing.
My Hands Become the Instrument
I offer traditional massage therapies such as Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, sport massage and Reiki. These are combined with other sense therapies such as aromatherapy and music to create a total relaxation experience and keep your body performing at its highest potential.
I am bilingual (English-Spanish) and a member of ABMP (Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals).
