You will be given the full amount of time booked on the massage table and will not be cut short on time due to interviews or getting dressed as they tend to do at many massage centers and spas.
I only give 1-2 sessions per day so I'm able to give my clients the best care possible, without being rushed through our sessions.
After 23 years in practice I take fewer appointments, but am better and more focused than ever at what I do. My prices reflect that of a skilled long-time therapist.

Everyone deserves to take some time out for themselves and massage is one of the BEST ways to give yourself some special time!
My goal is to tune into what you need. To clear your head and relax your body, and get rid of any negative energy you may be holding onto.
I want you to leave feeling like you've had a good "reset", with a sense of peace, strength and balance.
I have a lot of clients that work out and need to stay on top of their game. Others that have stressful jobs or home lives, and need time to get away and "let go".
And others that may not get human interaction or experience touch often, and massage is the only way they get that nurturing connection.
Whatever the reason may be, there's something to be said for the amazing ability massage has to heal, and uplift ones spirits.
I have been practicing massage professionally since 2001, have over 20 years experience and have had many of my clients stick with me throughout these years.
I never thought I'd be practicing massage for so long, but I absolutely love what I do and appreciate every day that I get to continue doing so.
Before moving to Colorado from MN in 2004, I worked for a few different massage centers and found them to be very loud and busy. I decided to open my private practice in order to have more time with my clients one-on-one without all the hustle and bustle, and to make it "my own" little center for peace and rejuvenation.
I can relate to many of my clients issues. In past years I've have personal experience with car accidents/broken bones, migraines, tension headaches, and pain/injuries from biking & working out, and everyday stressors. I know how important it is to find ways to recover, whether it be physically or mentally. The use of massage has helped me tremendously throughout my life.
I offer in-call sessions only and I have a nice peaceful office in Wheat Ridge that's temperature controlled with low lights/nice ambiance.
Very clean and inviting.
All massage types(besides prenatal)are fitting for both women and men.
I drape with sheets and a blanket but can do minimal draping if preferred with towels or sheets. Especially for Esalen style massage where less is appropriate for the flow. Non-sensual only.
We can chat as much as you'd like during our sessions, or as little as you'd like, depending on your preference and state of mind.
