Description: ABOUT ME: Over 1,000 hours of education and 26 years in practice, combined with owning, and managing a South FL, destination, day spa for 18 years; have developed and perfected my skills as a therapist. I am licensed by two states, MA and FL; certified as a Neuromuscular Therapist, and Nationally Certified. After 18 years in the spa business my partner and I moved to MA, where we practice out of two finely appointed studios on the first floor of our home. Years of presenting, receiving, and giving therapy have educated and endowed my hands with presence, intuition, and quality of touch.
MY MASSAGE THERAPY: Swedish based massage; with various modalities woven throughout. My primary focus is lengthening muscle-tissue, pain-relief, and relaxation; and pressure ranges from feather-light, to elbow-deep.

Massage: Biotone Jojoba oil (fragrance-free) and/or Biotone Dual Purpose Creme with Arnica and Ivy Extract (both skin healers. And after each session I towel off any remaining residue of oil; or upon request, a shower is available (soap and towel provided).
MY BODY HAIR REMOVAL: Manscaping; Waxing, Clipping, Shaving.

PRODUCTS USED:
Waxing: French imported Epilyss "Azulen" Wax for a cleaner, smoother epilation with far less trauma to more sensitive areas.
All treated areas receive an Epilyss "Azulen Post-Deplitory" Oil treatment; which sanitizes, soothes, and calms the skin.
MY FACILITY:
Truly a sanctuary of body-worship, peace, and rest. A very private, country setting; surrounded by trees and wetlands of Sterling, MA. Within, a finely appointed studio; furnished with tempered air; a warm, soft table; clean flannel linens; dimmed lights; and soft, melodic music.
