Massage is the manipulation of superficial and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue using various techniques, to enhance function, aid in the healing process, decrease muscle reflex activity, inhibit motor-neuron excitability, promote relaxation and well-being, and as a recreational activity.
The word comes from the French massage "friction of kneading", or from Arabic massa meaning "to touch, feel or handle" or from Latin massa meaning "mass, dough", cf. Greek verb; "to handle, touch, to work with the hands, to knead dough". In distinction the ancient Greek word for massage was anatripsis, and the Latin was frictio.
Massage involves working and acting on the body with pressure • structured, unstructured, stationary, or moving • tension, motion, or vibration, done manually or with mechanical aids. Target tissues may include muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, skin, joints, or other connective tissue, as well as lymphatic vessels, or organs of the gastrointestinal system. Massage can be applied with the hands, fingers, elbows, knees, forearm, or feet. In professional settings massage involves the client being treated while lying on a massage table, sitting in a massage chair, or lying on a mat on the floor, while in amateur settings a general purpose surface like a bed or floor is more common. The massage subject may be fully or partially clothed or unclothed.
"MASSAGE NOIRE" is my own creation. Essentially, it is a regular massage that gets first precluded and then lastly concluded again with a brief two-part period of about 4-5 minutes. The first is a moment (roughly 2 minutes) of sensitization and meditation with the removal of one sense (sight). Blindfold is optional and provided upon request. This is then followed by the second part of this intro/outro step; relaxation through about 3 minutes of sensory stimulation by sensual manipulation. These two-part intro and outro segments are roughly anywhere from 5 to 8 mins long each. Between the two, the segment of time between them is your actual massage of a minimum duration of 45 minutes.
MASSAGE NOIRE is a great experience in recreational sensuality with a sensory overload twist that is both cutting edge and new age for massage relaxation that is almost therapeutic. The in-call massage is performed under soft natural light with Dragons Blood and light eucalyptus mint aromatherapy and a few lit candles for mood. Background audio-canvasing ranges with my personal compilations and mixes of selected music tracks and sounds of nature.
Hello. My name is ALBERTO and I will be your masseur and M.N. coach.
My primary aim is the assisting of your lymphatic and circulatory systems while relaxing the muscular system. I will introduce my touch to your body both systematically and gently. I will coach you through some primary relaxation techniques and explain the process to you as we go. By first feeling for your body's base line and slowly allowing my hand and fingers to get acquainted with your body's tension levels and natural resistances I am able to customize each experience. This massage is done on my massage table, although floor and chair (not massage chair) massages are also available on request.
Lets customize your session! My pressure can be as light or as deep as you like, so please feel free to tell me your personal preferences at the beginning of each massage. I use a personal home made blend of aloe, vitamin E enriched cream, and non-oily massage lotion unless you request otherwise. I sometimes use spritzes of rubbing alcohol as well. If you have a trouble spot be sure to tell me. I can give extra focus to problem areas as requested. I can also provide a regular standard massage without the MASSAGE NOIRE intro and outro segments. This is YOUR massage, so you tell me what you want and how you like it. Relax and let me customize the session for you.
