I offer something very unique. I incorporate assisted stretching and deep tissue manipulation. I have been an athlete all of my life. I presently work in martial arts, dance and yoga. I have recovered from serious injury and truly understand what is required to heal, be pain free and in perfect balance. I specialize in matters of the spine, joints, posture, muscular well -being and feeling physically energized. I know that the body and mind must work together to create healthy habits and being relaxed, open and energized is the foundation…I can take you there!!!
