We provide classes and private coaching in yoga and mindful meditation and also provide reiki healing treatments and intuitive readings. What is yoga? Well it's more than a keep fit exercise and a lot more than just a good stretch.

YOGA DANCE
Explore yoga dance!
Through yoga we strengthen and stretch the body in a fun dynamic and energetic dance flow.
Experience a blissful body, happy heart, a steady and calm mind.

MINDFUL COACHING
At Hands on Harmony we offer one-to-one Mindful Coaching. This can be over Skype or in person. The coaching programme will consist of 8 weekly private lessons during which time you will learn the following:
To meditate effectively for both long and short periods of time
To handle stress and anxiety in your life
How to control your heart rate through breath and meditative techniques
A greater sense of positive self-image and self-esteem
To deal with and let go of past events which stand in the way of your greatest potential

REIKI
Reiki is a natural healing technique and is easily adapted to any condition.
There is no massage or application of oils and therefore can be used safely by people of all ages, including children, the elderly, expecting mothers and post-operative patients.
Benefits include:

deep relaxation

MEDITATION
We also provide one-to-one meditation sessions.
Meditation has proven to help concentration, create clarity of mind, reduce stress, help calm anger and help sleep problems.
Recent studies also found that after practising meditation, the areas of the brain that trigger anger, selfishness and frustration were no longer active and activity had moved to the areas of the brain used when experincing calm, selflessness and contentment.
