Description: Medical Massage is my primary practice and it allows me to utilize my education and skillset to improve the quality of peoples lives every day. I have an extensive history working closely with chiropractors and physicians. Many of my clients are pre/post operative, critically injured or disabled patients. However, my massage is for everybody and has something to offer any person, healthy or diseased, disabled or athletic.
Medical Massage is targeted at achieving a specific goal or addressing a specific problem. the application of a specific treatment plan and is targeted to the specific indications that the patient presents. Medical massage is administered after an initial assessment/evaluation by the massage therapist with a targeted outcome being established as the basis for treatment. Also known as clinical massage, it utilizes many different styles therapeutically.
I offer patient-specific therapy, using Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and other styles in unison, incorporating advanced stretches and range-of-motion techniques, for an effective and well-rounded treatment session.
