Description: I have been practicing massage for 17 years. Ihave been the lead massage therapist for the Portland Timbers MLS for the past 5 years. I have training in sports, Deep Tissue, and Swedish massage and Myofascial Release. I do not perform one type of massage over another...rather I use whatever modality that I know will help to relax the area that I am working on. I would consider my style of massage to be a medley of the techniques listed above.
