I am a Sacramento native with a passion for helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. My training includes certification through the Clinical Touch School of Massage Therapy in Rocklin, CA, where I've worked since graduating in 2001 assisting massage students through basic and advanced medical massage certification programs. My specialty is regional soft tissue manipulation that directly addresses specific muscle and connective tissue conditions. These services are ideal as a personal wellness choice or as an adjunct to chiropractic and physical therapy care. Member of ABMP (Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals). My practice is open to all people and is located in East Sacramento at the 40th and J Street Medical Building (3958 J Street, Suite #3).
