Description: I am a former day spa owner who has trained extensively in the field of massage as well as worked with a diverse population needing massage services. In my early career i worked with a local police department as well as professional athletes.
I would describe my work as eclectic. My standard massage usually combines deep-tissue with swedish. I can tailor a massage to meet your needs.
I am strong with an athletic build and can provide a strong and relaxing massage. I don't rely on elbows that can be invasive. I use my upper body strength to provide a deep quality massage.
I also like to provide stretching which I feel provides the client with a more somatic experience.
I am also intuitive and take into mind that massage can sometimes open up some "stored emotions." After all we are human and are known to carry our emotions under our skin. With my MA in clinical psych, I use a soothing oscillation technique in the event of this happening. My true nature is that of a healer.
