I've got a big heart, a holistic therapeutic approach to the body and intuitive hands. All appointments require draping. I do not answer private/ unknown calls.
I'm a CA State Licensed & NCTMB Certified Massage Therapist, 200+ hr RYT yoga instructor, Meditation Facilitator & Reiki Practitioner, Chakra Energy Healer, former dancer & athlete with a BS in Health Science w/ an emphasis in Biomedical Sciences and minor in Chemistry, as well as, a Pharmacy Technician, and CBEST Educator. I have years of Physical Therapy/Sports Physiology experience, well versed in biomechanics and am an all-around stress & tension slayer!
I can help make occasions feel more special and I'm available to your group for classes & workshops. Gather up your tribe for a mindful, yet relaxing retreat!!
