I am a California State Licensed & NCTMB Certified Massage Therapist, 500+ hour RYT Yoga Instructor, Meditation Facilitator, Reiki Practitioner, and Chakra Energy Healer. With a degree in Health Science (Biomedical Sciences emphasis), my background blends scientific knowledge with intuitive healing. As a former dancer, athlete, and experienced practitioner in somatic experiencing, physical therapy and sports physiology, I understand the body's mechanics and how to optimize movement, recovery, and relaxation.
