Connective Tissue Therapy (deep tissue myo-fascial release with the goal of creating better alignment within gravity).
Ben came to massage by way of a career in acting and music and went to a very unique massage school in Kauai, HI called Pacific College of Awareness and Bodywork, learning many different bodywork modalities in addition to receiving training in various somatic psychotherapy techniques. His practice reflects his philosophy that the Body, Mind, and Spirit are all intimately interconnected and we cannot touch one without touching all three together.
