Gentle deep tissue is done in the back of the head, neck/shoulder area, back, lower back, glutes, and legs. A full foot massage is included. These are areas where most people need a little deeper work so they will not just feel good while on the massage table – but you will move better, and feel less pain and discomfort when you leave. This is a real massage done with generally medium to firmer pressure and any deep tissue work is skillfully mixed with relaxation massage strokes to create a session that is highly effective yet very soothing and wonderful.
