$120 for same day or same week emergency 50 min

About Me
I get results. I'm a medical sports rehab massage therapist. I use heat and ice and a unique stretching and holding technique with twisting and pulling in my therapy. I recognize types of (knots) which are called facial adhesions. There are different types that I can recognize immediately best of all I get results. My specialty is rehab and pain management massage.
I like to see physical change in aligning the fascia so that limbs and joints can get the nutrients and flow they need by clearing fascia adhesions so that you are supple. I implement positive energy methods and general benevolent gratitude mindset in order to ground myself so that our shared bioelectric energy is balanced. During a massage session, I am not a talker just for the sake of conversation. Often if a patient is 'in the zone' I may just communicate silently if there is a specific need, but I love to listen and share in the gratitude of simplicity if a patient needs to talk! After many years of continuing education classes and classes on dozens of various modalities - it comes down to the pace, the quality of touch, style and technique that is very unique to each therapist.

My license and registrations starting in 1994 in Utah are through UTMC (Utah College of Massage Therapy) and IHC (Intermountain Health Care) hospital training program for Physical Therapy Assistant. Then in Dallas at Sterling College of Massage and Austin for State Boards.
