Our mission is to train individuals to be able to connect mentally and physically to be more efficient in their demanding life and daily schedule. To do this, the exercises for this camp integrate: learning to move the body in patterns which incorporate mind,strength, balance and posture awareness.

The body works as an integrated unit and needs to be trained as a whole. This type of training will help the individual for competitive sport or tasks of everyday life.

Trust me, you will get results, and you will have fun during the process.

These are the key points to consider when you want to get in shape and what you need to know before invest on it:

-Is that the exercises are tailored to your fitness level. If the exercises are not customized to fit your ability, then it shouldn't be a program that you join.

-Is that the workout involves all components of fitness: strength training, cardiovascular training and flexibility training.

-The workouts should be challenging enough so that you get results!

-The workouts should offer variety.

-The workouts should be fun.

-The fitness program should guarantee results.

The IN SIDE OUT fitness system meet all of these points.
