My overall rating of this provider: Highly Recommended Would I use this provider again? Yes The following are my expanded comments regarding my experience with this provider: 5 star I had my first true Lomi Lomi massage with Healing Hands this weekend and it was exquisite. The massage feels as if the water of a river is running all over your body as hands lengthen muscles in a rhythmic flow. It is like a guided meditation but with touch instead of words. I have practiced body scan meditations as a way to reduce stress or curb insomnia. The Lomi Lomi massage I experienced helped me focus in on each area of my body as attention was paid to it. There wasn't anticipation of what would come next because my mind was truly focusing on what was happening in the moment. Afterwards my whole body felt completely relaxed, balanced and aligned. And my mind felt more open. I am still feeling the positive effects even after a Monday at my day job. I highly recommend trying a Lomi Lomi massage. Ask questions though and learn a little about what to expect. It doubt it will be like any other massage you've experienced. And I am quite certain you will be back to Healing Hands for another.
