Description: I am an OBT (Oriental Body Therapist) certified by AOBTA (American Oriental Body Therapists Association). I completed my massage training at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. I am also state licensed and NCCAOM board certified in acupuncture and Chinese herbology.
I am currently at Health4Life Chiropractic & Wellness Group where I practice Asian body work (deep tissue, Thai, Tui Na) and acupuncture.
Thai massage or "lazy man's yoga" is an ideal therapy for athletes since it helps to increase flexibility, improve endurance and prevent injury. I am treating a few clients now in preparation for the Chicago Marathon. Feel free to contact me with any questions about this therapy.
