For the past two decades, Nancy has developed an expertise in communication and intimacy concerns to increase connection and intimacy between people. She provides individual, group and educational intensives concerning intimacy issues and increasing awareness in sexuality with couples and singles.
Her coaching focus is to help others balance energy flows in their bodies by choosing balanced and healthy lifestyle options in areas of mental clarity, emotional integration, and physical awareness concerning impact of nutrition, and self loving and energy conservation practices.
Alternative certification in: Conscious Connected Breath Work, EFT: Emotional Freedom Technique, Mind/Body/Spirit Integration, Resonance Repatterning, and Tong Ren Therapy (combines Tai Chi and Chigong energy systems).
She is an active member of AASECT, ASEP, and ACEP: Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology.
