Description: Emotional Freedom Techniques allowed me to heal a herniated disc in my neck with who came to be my teacher and dear friend, Sonya Sophia. I have practiced daily for 3 years now and we are changing DNA all across the country! We will soon be traveling as The Wisdom and Freedom Peace Tour visiting military and veteran's hospitals in California and nationwide teaching this powerful and life changing modality.
EFT is the practice of love, acceptance and forgiveness while holding the feelings and emotions that are present in our consciousness. This feeling and BEing while tapping on meridian points (like acupuncturists use) creates an immediate shift in the chemical make up of the blood.
The physical body can rearrange itself rapidly and easily as sometimes very ancient issues are felt with emotional consciousness, totally accepted with the vibration called forgiveness is applied "to all involved" in the role playing of this existence, starting with oneself.
I work with artists, teachers, musicians, students, athletes, business people, writers, baristas, lovers, parents, animals, families, and choose to be a healer of healers.
