Description: I am a certified co-active Life Coach, as well as a weight counselor. I have been a Weight Watcher leader for over 7 years, having lost 80 lbs and kept it off, and use some of that knowledge in my work. My approach is to help people not only shift how and what they eat, but how they look at the process, and what is going on in their lives which creates their desire to eat inappropriately.
I also work with clients on a variety of issues besides weight, including career change, designing a business, location changes, grief and loss recovery. I will take you from a place of "stuckness" to living a life of resonant choice.
