Description: My name is Robert L. Brown; and I am a Life Coach who devotes a great deal of time with each client ensuring they have the support they need to transform their lives. My style of coaching is empathetic and client centered. I support the client as they find the answers within themselves.
Clients can expect to meet with the life coach for 1-2 hour sessions; typically once a week. If a client would like to meet two times or even three times in a single week this can be arranged. The therapeutic/empowerment sessions with the life coach maybe described as insightful as well as intense. The work being done will be emotional, intellectual, and possibly spiritual, however coaching sessions are not meant to replace psychiatric care or medication; academic accreditation or religious philosophies.
Many people struggle, either alone or without insightful support systems to help them get through rough dilemmas. Life coaching is meant to support, empower, motivate, and bring clarity into a person’s life.
