Description: I attended school at the Winters School of Massage Therapy and graduated in 1999. I have been practicing massage therapy ever since. I also had the opportunity to live in San Diego and work at NAB to massage America's finest, the Navy Seals. That experience enabled me to tweak my sessions and focus on muscle injury recovery. I now incorporate spa treatments into my sessions including body wraps to tone and detoxify and hot stone treatments with aromatherapy. My goal is to help people deal with their stress and help them to live relaxed!
