Massage – Trained in many different techniques I use my hands, wrists, forearms and for the really deep massage – elbows.
Infrared Sauna – Lowers blood pressure, lose weight, detoxification, and relaxation. New style dome solo sauna allows you to lie down and sweat it out and with hand held temperature control you can turn it up or turn it down. Shower facilities available.
Laser Light Therapy is used to help heal 65 different chronic and acute conditions such as tendinitis, arthritis, migraines, fractures, pain, swelling and bruising.
