Description: My Philosophy/Mantra for life is simply "We all have the potential for greatness and we all are entitled to happiness". Now happiness is very subjective and would therefore be upon the individual to define his or her criteria. We are born with the tools we will ever need to solve any mystery or hit the curve ball life may throw at us.My role is simply to help you recognize that.I also believe that we as individuals have in us the ability to heal, grow and thrive professionally, personally, spiritually and financially. I provide wellness counseling and holistic approaches to life's various stressors. Often people find it challenging to balance work, family, finances and other challenges they may come across. I incorporate proper breathing techniques, simple meditations and yogic postures to help one reach his or her full potential. I offer a very flexible schedule and am determined in pursuing the best interest for my clients.
