IVE BEEN MEANING TO MAKE POSITIVE LIFE CHANGES AND JANUARY 2011 HAS BEEN AN EXCITING NEW YEAR FOR ME, GREAT THANKS IN PART, TO MY WONDERFUL MASSEUSE, KITTEN, FOR REMINDING AND ENCOURAGING ME TO TAKE BETTER CARE OF MY MIND AND BODY WITH HEALTHY EATING, EXERCISE AND REGULAR MASSAGE AS BEING PART OF A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE. KITTEN AND I HAVE KNOWN EACH OTHER ON A PROFESSIONAL LEVEL SINCE 2009. SHE CONTINUES TO EDUCATE ME ON HEALTHY EATING, COLON HEALTH, EXERCISE AND I WILL TELL YOU, SHE WORKS MIRACLES.
