Description: I'm currently getting my Master's Degree in Oriental Medicine/Acupuncture and it's completely benefiting my bodywork practice. I originally studied bodywork in 1994 in college and have been professionally certified in LA since 2007. I've had the opportunities of learning from some very amazing Doctors and I always feel blessed to be able to share what I've learned with others.

I'm a triathlete at times, I do Yoga, Pilates, Plyometrics, Tai Chi/Martial Arts, Chi Gong and enjoy exploring new techniques in taking care of and repairing my own body. Having had many injuries over my life I'm also very well trained in rehabilitation techniques, with that I offer specialized postures and techniques for each individual I meet to help with their own issues.

My style is very integrated, it doesn't leave you feeling beat up and sore, instead there's a sensation referred to as "the rebound effect," which is when all of your free and unbound structural tissues are working with gravity as designed. Balanced.

If you're dealing with pain and imbalance in your body and would like a different approach than just a standard spa experience then I'm your therapist.

Would I use this provider again? Yes

Case is very knowledgeable, proffessional and warm hearted. I immediately felt safe and relaxed under his care, as a woman this in itself is very healing and magical. As a professional therapist myself, I deeply respect his skill set and talents. I have begun seeing him regularly as a part of my own self care. I saw immediate, lasting results and have begun taking even better care of myself as a direct result of meeting him. I recommend his work to anyone with pain to work through or as a maintenence...his touch is gentle, but effective.
